- Be 190 by Sunday (its only 4 lbs and I think I can do it, if not then by next sunday)
- Hit the gym 5x this week (Mon- Fri)
- Do Meditation after gym
- Do yoga gym 2x per week (there is a yoga class at 6:30 tonight so I'm going to try it out)
- Pack my lunch at least 4x this week
- Clean kitchen and dining room
